February 5, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: This February, Golf Saudi is set to transform Riyadh Golf Club into the heart of global golf and the social destination of the season, as it hosts two of the sport’s biggest men's and women’s international events, back-to-back. The tournaments will showcase Saudi Arabia’s rising influence on the global golf scene and provide an unforgettable fan experience, with fan zones, food festivals, fun fairs and incredible musical performances from global stars.
Featuring the highly anticipated launch of the 2025 LIV Golf League with LIV Golf Riyadh from February 6–8 and the PIF Saudi Ladies International from February 13–15, these events promise to captivate audiences with world-class competition, family-friendly activities, and a vibrant festival atmosphere with some of music’s biggest names—all just minutes from downtown Riyadh.
Known as “The Oasis of the Capital”, Riyadh Golf Club is one of the greenest spots in the city, surrounded by lush landscapes and natural beauty. Fans of all ages are invited to enjoy the perfect weather, with plenty of activities to explore. From wellness sessions set against the club’s tranquil landscapes to locally sourced food and drinks and incredible entertainment, offering something for everyone to enjoy while watching the live action unfold at both tournaments.
The upcoming fortnight of golf underscores Golf Saudi’s commitment to making Saudi Arabia’s a premier destination for the sport while offering unforgettable experiences for fans of all ages, celebrating community, wellness, and entertainment.
The season-opening $20million LIV Golf Riyadh will bring many of the biggest names in men’s golf to compete on Riyadh Golf Club’s pristine fairways, including US megastars Bryson DeChambeau, Brooks Koepka and Golf Saudi ambassador, Dustin Johnson. Using Riyadh Golf Clubs advanced lighting systems, the tournament will also include nighttime sessions, with holes played into the evening under powerful lights across the green.
Following closely, the PIF Saudi Ladies International will highlight the best in international talent competing for a share of $5 million prize money – the biggest non-Major prize fund on the Ladies European Tour (LET).
Golf Saudi’s mission to grow the game is central to these events, with on-site initiatives like Go Golf offering free lessons and opportunities for all ages to try the sport, encouraging attendees to take their first swings under professional guidance and embrace a healthier, active lifestyle.
With two back-to-back weeks featuring some of the most anticipated events on the global golf calendar, Riyadh Golf Club will play host to a spectacle for seasoned golf fans, curious newcomers, and those simply seeking a unique day out. Featuring global talent, immersive experiences, and a vision to engage more Saudis in golf than ever before, this February offers an opportunity to witness the best in golf, explore new horizons, and celebrate the best of the sport and entertainment.
