2020 witnessed another strong field head to Royal Greens Golf & Country Club for the 2020 Saudi International powered by SoftBank Investment Advisers with Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson, Patrick Reed, Shane Lowry and Sergio Garcia among the leading names on show.

A windy day at Royal Greens on Sunday would make it a difficult for the players but McDowell’s experience in the conditions ultimately pulled him through. Former World Number 1 and defending champion Dustin Johnson threatened with a late surge however McDowell held him off to record his first victory on the European Tour since 2014.


The inaugural Golf Saudi Summit took place in King Abdullah Economic City as captains of industry, national leaders and legends of the golf industry came together to discuss and debate hot topics and modern development tactics in golf.

Gary Player, Greg Norman, David Leadbetter and Robert Trent Jones Jr were among some of the speakers and panellists and over 300 delegates convene at Bay La Sun for two consecutive days, to listen to experts debate a number of different topics.
